Synkronos is expanding to support rapid growth and large-scale aerospace programs. This role supports prototype helicopter and flight vehicle manufacturing in a highly collaborative, small-team environment.

You'll work directly alongside experienced programmers and machinists rather than being left on your own.

- The Work You’ll Be Doing

Set up CNC mills and lathes

Make edits at the machine

Modify programs when needed

Support prototype and low-volume work

Select tooling and fixtures

Read aerospace blueprints and legacy drawings

Verify part quality and dimensions

Mastercam Multi-Axis

- What We’re Looking For

Required:

7+ years machining experience

Strong setup background

Blueprint and GD&T experience

Ability to edit programs

Comfortable with changing priorities

Preferred:

Aerospace experience

Mastercam exposure

Multi-axis machining
