Key Responsibilities- Establish and coordinate manufacturing and engineering goals

- Participate in enterprise-level operational planning
- Guide teams in consistent manufacturing performance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 7 years of leadership experience in glove manufacturing
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Familiarity with glove-making technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
