Welding​/Metal Fabrication Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Welding / Metal Fabrication Assistant to support the production of custom and standard dumbwaiter systems in a small team environment.

• Assist in welding and fabrication of dumbwaiter systems
• Read and follow fabrication drawings and job cards
• Build products according to customer specifications
• Work collaboratively with a small team of welders
• Follow direction from supervisors and experienced welders
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings
• Must be able to pass a welding skills test prior to hire
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is NOT a remote position. The role requires you to be onsite at the office.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $19.24 – $28.85 per hour (based on experience)
