Thermoforming Process Technician Position Summary The Thermoforming Process Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing and coordinating thermoforming operations within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures the efficient production of high-quality thermoformed products through leadership, technical expertise, and continuous improvement efforts.
Major Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities Leadership Supervise and lead a team of thermoforming technicians.
Provide guidance, training, and performance support.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization Set up and adjust thermoforming machines for optimal production.
Monitor process variables to ensure quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspections and address product deviations.
Documentation Maintain accurate production and machine records.
Prepare reports on output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Training and Development Train team members on equipment, safety, and procedures.
Identify and support skill development opportunities.
Collaboration Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams.
