Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC horizontal lathes with 5–6 axis capabilities to produce precision components according to engineering specifications;
Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, customer specifications, and job instructions to plan machining operations;
Select and install appropriate tooling, work holding, and fixtures, and verify correct machine set up before production runs;
Edit, adjust, and optimize G-code programs at the machine to improve quality, efficiency, and cycle times while maintaining part integrity;
Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets during production to maintain tight tolerances and consistent part quality
