Mason seeks a Lead CNC Programmer to drive complex aerospace & defense machining in our Manufacturing & Production team. You'll own programming for multi-axis CNC equipment, translating engineering models and aerospace specs into efficient, repeatable CNC code. Partner closely with engineers and machinists to optimize toolpaths, fixtures, and cycle times while meeting tight tolerance and quality requirements. In our fast-moving, data-driven culture, you'll experiment, refine processes, mentor programmers, and help build scalable, high-reliability production that supports mission-critical customer solutions.
