Job Title

Required Skills:

Proficient in reading and using ruler measurements, including both metric and standard units.

Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively and communicate well with coworkers.

Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Load and unload rolls of plastic film onto machinery and remove finished products to pallets.

Palletize finished goods according to customer specifications.

Accurately complete and apply labels to finished goods.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and machine.

Follow all facility safety regulations, implement appropriate dress code and work effectively as part of a team.

Organize and weigh scrap material and clean the work area at the end of each shift.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift between 55- 65 lbs.

Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, standing and walking.

Extensive use of hands and fingers.

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Occasional use of Pallet Jacks and Big Joe equipment.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
