Production Associate
Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM-5:00 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed
Pay rate: $18.00
Interview: Site tour required before offer
Position SummaryThe Production Associate supports the manufacturing of door components by performing a variety of production, assembly, material handling, and housekeeping tasks. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with production operations, including sorting, stacking, assembly, and material handling.
- Support Machine Operators and learn machine operation processes.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Rotate between workstations as needed to support production goals.
- No experience required; training provided.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Safety-toe shoes required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.
- Frequent walking, bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Ability to work safely around machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
