Job Summary

We are seeking an Assembler for a contract/temporary opportunity in Sunland, CA. This entry-level manufacturing position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn basic shop and assembly processes, and is ready to support a production team in a variety of daily tasks. This Assembler role offers training in a machine shop environment and the opportunity to build practical manufacturing skills.

• - Assist with sanding small parts, simple assembly, and basic manufacturing tasks.
• - Clean, deburr, and prepare finished parts according to instructions.
• - Support machine operators, machinists, and production team members with assigned tasks.
• - Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including work areas, bathrooms, and yard areas.
• - Follow written and verbal instructions to complete work accurately and safely.
• - Perform general production, cleanup, and shop support duties as needed.

• - Pay range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

• - Physically fit and able to perform hands‑on manufacturing and cleanup tasks.
• - Able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• - Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• - Strong initiative, analytical ability, and willingness to learn.
• - Hands‑on mentality with a drive for continuous personal development.

• - Previous experience in assembly, production, machine shop support, sanding, deburring, or general labor is helpful but not required.
• - Familiarity with basic shop safety practices is a plus.
• - Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks are strongly preferred.
