General Labor 1st & 2nd Shift - San Lorenzo, CA

• Peel product and prepare materials for production processes.
• Pack chubs and prepare product for further processing.
• Load product for slicing and assist with line feeding activities.
• Weigh, sort, inspect, and package product according to production standards.
• Place finished product onto pallets for storage or shipment.
• Rotate through assigned workstations and production tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety, food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality requirements.
• Complete all required job training and participate in ongoing training as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Lead.

• Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and any assigned shift as needed.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be willing and able to comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and quality requirements.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training.
• Must be willing and able to rotate through assigned production positions, when applicable.
• Must be dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing and able to perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Physical demands vary by assignment but may include repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching, bending, twisting, and handling product weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be willing and able to perform work with hands and arms below waist level, at shoulder level, and above shoulder level.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to work in temperatures of 35°F or below for the duration of the shift.
• Must be willing and able to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Must be willing and able to bend, twist, reach, grasp, and stoop frequently throughout the shift.
