About Delta Brands:
Delta Brands is a Tik Tok Shop growth agency that specializes in cold-start launches using Join Brands creator campaigns. We combine creator psychology, performance content frameworks, and proprietary AI systems to scale unknown products into revenue-driving machines. This role sits at the center of that engine.

- You lack the ability to create detailed, strategic content briefs from research.

What Success Looks Like:
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Master Internal Training:
Complete training and apply it to reviewing and coaching creator content. - High-Quality Briefs:
Develop and refine Join Brands briefs that require minimal revisions. - Improved Creator Performance:
Provide feedback that helps creators consistently improve their content. - Effective Product Research:
Conduct product and market research that influences campaign strategies. - Strong Brand Alignment:
Ensure that brands are aligned with their campaigns and that expectations are clear.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Training- Training:
Complete a 5-hour internal content creation training to understand key strategies. - Review & Feedback:
Apply training to review and provide feedback on creator content. - Actionable Guidance:
Provide creators with practical content strategies they can implement immediately.
- Research:
Conduct research using Amazon listings, Tik Tok data tools, and other market insights. - Insight Synthesis:
Convert findings into actionable strategy inputs for campaign briefs.
- AI Tools:
Use Delta Brands proprietary ChatGPT system to create Join Brands briefs, editing them for clarity and strategic alignment. - Brand
Collaboration:
Collaborate with brands to confirm alignment and refine campaign briefs.
- Brief Submission:
Submit finalized, clear, and strategically aligned briefs to Join Brands. - Creator Alignment:
Bridge brand expectations with creator execution for campaign success.
- Review & Score:
Evaluate submitted content against the campaign brief, providing feedback and scoring content for approval. - Coaching:
Encourage creators to submit multiple pieces of content by providing strong feedback.
What Were Looking For:
Required Skills & Traits:- Strong understanding of short-form content strategy and coaching.
- Comfort working with AI tools (ChatGPT, custom GPTs).
- Analytical with creative instincts to inform content strategy.
- Clear communication skills for feedback and guidance.

- Experience with Tik Tok, UGC, or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with Amazon listings or review analysis.
- Experience in coaching creators or reviewing content.

Content consistently meets approval standards. - Brand Satisfaction:
