Head of Marketing Operations and Busienss Growth - Guuernsey

Overview

Our client is a Guernsey head‑quartered financial services company operating in multiple jurisdictions. As a part of their aims to be at the leading edge in communicating with clients, stakeholders and the wider financial services community, they are looking to fill the role of head of operational marketing and business growth. This role is to be based in Guernsey.

This executive level role is to lead marketing operations, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, reporting and corporate governance across the groups many jurisdictions.

Applicants should have at least five years experience in leading marketing operations in multi‑jurisdictional financial services organisations. Ideally hold a degree in marketing or have obtained a professional qualification such as CIM or equivalent. Have strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate strategy into operational delivery.
