UGC Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a UGC Influencer Marketing Manager to help expand our client's app presence by building a high-performing creator strategy from the ground up in Marina del Rey, California. This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketer who understands how to turn creator partnerships into measurable acquisition and brand momentum. You will shape influencer initiatives across social platforms, uncover new opportunities ahead of the market, and partner closely with leadership to support launches and long-term expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead a user-generated content and creator marketing program that supports customer growth and brand visibility.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and other emerging channels aligned with the company's audience and voice.

• Cultivate lasting partnerships with influencers by managing outreach, negotiations, campaign planning, and ongoing communication.

• Oversee campaign execution from briefing through content delivery, ensuring timelines, agreements, and performance expectations are met.

• Analyze partnership results to optimize spend, improve conversion, and scale the strongest creator relationships.

• Experiment with new content formats, messaging angles, and social trends to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.

• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional stakeholders on product launches, feature promotions, and broader growth initiatives.

• Help establish scalable marketing processes, reporting structures, and performance benchmarks as the function expands.

• Contribute to broader brand-building efforts over time, including community programs, strategic collaborations, and additional acquisition channels.
