Personal + Content Assistant Part-Time | 3 Days/Week In-Person + Travel as Needed

I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive, fun, and reliable Personal + Content Assistant to help me manage the moving pieces of my life and career as a full-time content creator.

I need someone who is very Type A, detail-oriented, and “get it done” energy
. You’re the kind of person who sees something that needs to be handled and handles it — without always needing to be asked.

At the same time, we’re going to be spending a lot of time together, so personality matters! I want someone I genuinely enjoy being around, can laugh and have fun with, and eventually feel super comfortable with — while still understanding that this is a professional working relationship and things need to get DONE.

This role is a mix of personal assistance, content creation, social media management, and day-to-day life organization. No two days will look exactly the same.

Depending on the day, responsibilities may include:

• Helping organize and manage my weekly schedule and to-do lists
• Keeping track of deadlines, appointments, deliverables, events, and important dates
• Booking flights, hotels, transportation, reservations, appointments, etc.
• Helping plan and organize travel itineraries
• Traveling with me when needed —
  all required work travel expenses will be accommodated/covered
• Helping my prepare for trips, events, shoots, and busy weeks
• Assisting with filming Tik Toks, Reels, You Tube content, podcasts, and other social content
• Basic video editing and content preparation
• Cross‑post across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and other platforms
• Keeping content organized and making sure everything that needs to be posted actually gets posted
• Helping with content days, photoshoots, events, and behind-the-scenes tasks
• Running occasional errands
• Helping with groceries, meal prep/cooking, laundry, organizing, packing/unpacking, or other everyday life tasks
• Basically helping take things off my plate so I can stay focused on creating, growing my businesses, and doing the things only I can do

My ideal assistant is someone who is:

Extremely organized. You love calendars, lists, systems, reminders, and knowing exactly what needs to happen next.

Proactive. I don’t want to have to remember everything and remember to tell you everything. If you notice something needs to happen, you take initiative.

Reliable AF. If you say you’re going to do something, I know it’s getting done.

Detail-oriented. You catch the little things before they turn into big things.

Good under pressure. Creator life can be chaotic, plans can change quickly, and sometimes we have to figure things out on the fly.

Social-media savvy. You understand Tik Tok, Instagram, Reels, You Tube, short-form content, trends, and how creator businesses operate.

Comfortable editing content. You should have previous experience with video editing and be able to handle basic-to-intermediate social media edits independently.

Professional and discreet. You’ll naturally be around private conversations, unreleased content, business information, relationships, travel plans, and parts of my personal life. Trust and confidentiality are extremely important.

Flexible. Some days we might be filming all day. Another day we might be organizing my apartment, packing for a trip, answering emails, cooking lunch, and posting content. You have to be someone who’s down to jump in wherever you’re needed.

FUN. I want someone with good energy who I can laugh with, travel with, blast music in the car with, and genuinely enjoy having around. Think bestie energy with professional boundaries.
