We pride ourselves on the customer experience. As a customer service associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our visitors enjoy their time with us. With first‑rate customer service, you will be responsible for making sure we continually put our best foot forward. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers while being courteous and friendly
• Offer Magic PASS car wash memberships to all customer's in a courteous manner, outlining membership benefits and services
• Preparing the vehicles as they enter the Car Wash Tunnel
• Maintaining a clean workstation
• Completing tasks associated with facility cleanliness, and appearances such as cleaning the tunnel, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, shoveling snow, and minor landscaping work as directed by management
• Following all safety procedures and policies
• Following all time and attendance policies, including clocking in on time
• Other duties as assigned

• Flexible Scheduling-although we are open all year, the car wash is a great gig for summer jobs, returning college students, high school students, or someone who’s looking to earn some extra cash!

What You’ll Need

• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 10 hours (inside and outside)
• Ability to execute the physical demands of the role, including constant reaching above shoulder, stooping, swatting, bending at the waist, kneeling, pushing or pulling
• Must have reliable transportation
• Maintain a professional appearance and good quality hygiene
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work overtime if needed
