- Full-time permanent position - Part of large 160+ physician multispecialty group practice - Outpatient-only - 22-24 patients per day - Next Gen EMR - Phone call shared with at least 3 other pediatricians - $225,000 base +RVU-based compensation + quality bonus & patient satisfaction bonus - Full benefits - Occurrence-based malpractice (no need for tail) - 5 weeks PTO - Visa candidates welcome - Welcoming community close to the coastlines of the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River.
