Position: NAVAIR Systems Administrator, Senior with Security Clearance

* Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi environments
* Design, deploy, and administer VMware NSX and SDN solutions, defining virtual networks, security rules, and automation workflows
* Deploy and manage VCF 9 cluster
* Integrate and manage container platforms (Kubernetes, Tanzu, Docker) within the VMware ecosystem
* Monitor performance, capacity, and availability to optimize the virtual environment
* Automate tasks and deployments using Power

CLI, Ansible, or Terraform
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within virtualized compute, storage, and network layers
* Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, designs, and operations
* Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to design hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure solutions
* Perform system hardening following DoD STIG standards and maintain compliance artifacts Qualifications
* Active DoD Secret clearance required;
Interim Top Secret clearance required to start.
* DoD 8570.01M IAT Level III certification (CompTIA Sec+ or equivalent)
* 5-9 years of experience managing VMware infrastructure
* Bachelor's degree
* Expertise in SAN/NAS storage administration, especially in virtualized environments
* Strong scripting skills (Power

CLI, Python, Ansible, or similar)
* Solid understanding of Windows/Linux server environments and networking (VLANs,firewalls, load balancers)
