* MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Service Now Business Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 remote.
The Service Now Business Analyst will analyze and design optimized business processes while working closely with a Service Now Architect to identify ways to optimize efforts and ensure all business and design requirements are met.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Design business processes, capture technical requirements, and define user stories.
* Develop process flows and maintain required system documentation
* Serving as a strategic liaison to the business owners and project stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of technical solutions.
* Support quality management initiatives to ensure all design specifications and business requirements are achieved.
* Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure platform reliability.
* Advance Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing guidance on proposed "to-be" architectures.
* Develop and implement test plans within the SDLC framework.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis or process engineering.
* Experience in mapping and documenting current business processes (As-Is) and designing future states (To-Be)
* Minimum of one year of experience in Service Now platform delivery.
* Proven ability to analyze business requirements within a Service Now environment, capture technical specifications, and define actionable user stories, use cases, test plans, and scripts.
* Established track record of collaborating with project stakeholders and development teams to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt certification).
* Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Training in Service Now Fundamentals
* Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs
Security Clearance Requirements:
* US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,200.00-$. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
