Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Service Now Business Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 remote. The Service Now Business Analyst will analyze and design optimized business processes while working closely with a Service Now Architect to identify ways to optimize efforts and ensure all business and design requirements are met.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Design business processes, capture technical requirements, and define user stories.

* Develop process flows and maintain required system documentation

* Serving as a strategic liaison to the business owners and project stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of technical solutions.

* Support quality management initiatives to ensure all design specifications and business requirements are achieved.

* Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure platform reliability.

* Advance Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing guidance on proposed "to-be" architectures.

* Develop and implement test plans within the SDLC framework.

Minimum Qualifications:

* 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis or process engineering.

* Experience in mapping and documenting current business processes (As-Is) and designing future states (To-Be)

* Minimum of one year of experience in Service Now platform delivery.

* Proven ability to analyze business requirements within a Service Now environment, capture technical specifications, and define actionable user stories, use cases, test plans, and scripts.

* Established track record of collaborating with project stakeholders and development teams to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt certification).

* Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)

* Training in Service Now Fundamentals

* Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs Security Clearance Requirements:
* Current/Active Secret Clearance Required.

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
