ServiceNow Business Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Service Now Business Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 remote.

• Design business processes, capture technical requirements, and define user stories.
• Develop process flows and maintain required system documentation.
• Serve as a strategic liaison to the business owners and project stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of technical solutions.
• Support quality management initiatives to ensure all design specifications and business requirements are achieved.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure platform reliability.
• Advance Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing guidance on proposed "to-be" architectures.
• Develop and implement test plans within the SDLC framework.

• 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis or process engineering.
• Experience in mapping and documenting current business processes (As-Is) and designing future states (To-Be).
• Minimum of one year of experience in Service Now platform delivery.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements within a Service Now environment, capture technical specifications, and define actionable user stories, use cases, test plans, and scripts.
• Established track record of collaborating with project stakeholders and development teams to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt certification).
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Training in Service Now Fundamentals.
• Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs.

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co‑workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
