Job Description We are seeking a Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in paid social and performance media across major platforms and a proven ability to optimize campaigns, extract insights, and drive measurable outcomes across social, video, and owned-and-operated properties. Responsibilities:
Manage optimization of campaigns across social platforms, You Tube, and client  sites. Build campaigns accurately and on schedule to support seamless launches across 12+ advertiser categories. Provide stakeholders with campaign analyses that surface actionable insights to inform sales and planning. Analyze audience data, historical performance, and industry trends to guide client recommendations and internal decisions. Deliver in-flight and end-of-campaign recaps highlighting results, optimizations, and growth opportunities.

Troubleshoot campaign and account issues promptly and resolve root causes. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

2+ years managing paid social campaigns with hands-on platform execution. Proficiency in Meta and Tik Tok Ads Managers, including trafficking, pacing, and optimization. Understanding of media metrics and KPIs, branded and commerce content, and ad technology. Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills. Preferred

Skills:
