Microsoft Sharepoint Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Build modern business solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) to eliminate manual processes.
• Design and develop data migration solutions from legacy file shares, Box, or other cloud environments to SharePoint Online and One Drive.
• Oversee M365 administration: manage user accounts, licensing, and access controls within Microsoft Entra  Microsoft Purview (DLP and compliance).
• Provide platform support and troubleshoot issues; train end-users/citizen developers with documentation.
• Enforce security and governance best practices (information protection, sensitivity labels, system health monitoring).
• Oversee and track MSP performance for day-to-day operational activities.
• Work with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions aligned to platform standards.

• Proven MS 365 core administration experience (SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Exchange).
• Strong hands-on Power Platform experience;
  Power Shell scripting and PnP framework highly desirable.
• Foundational front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) or JSON list/library formatting.
• Solid understanding of Entra , Conditional Access, MFA, and Purview compliance.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or related).
• Microsoft 365/MS Teams/Power Platform certifications (MS-900, MS-700, PL-400).
