Manufacturing technician supporting cell therapy production, ensuring GMP compliance and cleanroom readiness.
Responsibilities- Execute manufacturing steps per batch records, SOPs, and electronic instructions.
- Support equipment setup, material staging, and facility readiness.
- Monitor and operate processing equipment.
- Maintain documentation accuracy.
- Support deviation investigations, inventory control, and visual inspection activities.
- Collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, and other teams.
- High School diploma with 2+ years GMP or technical experience, or associate/bachelor's in science or engineering with 0-2 years experience.
- Understanding of cGMP, aseptic techniques, cleanroom procedures.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and escalated issues appropriately.
- Experience in cell therapy, biologics, or biotech manufacturing.
- Familiarity with automated processing, batch record systems, and primary cell culture.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Cell therapy, biologics, GMP manufacturing, cleanroom environment, process validation, deviation support, regulated documentation.
