The role is part of our urgent care family in Solomons, Maryland, offering 6‑hour shifts Monday through Friday.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up.
• Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments.
• Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual.
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.

• Minimum 2 years experience providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and related compliance standards.
• Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications.
• Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals.
• Respect and autonomy in decision‑making.
• Team‑based approach to patient care.
• ACLS/BLS certifications (will be provided if needed).

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP): $55.00 - $84.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
