Your role :- Orchestrate the sales process from lead identification, prospect new business, maintain and grow existing client accounts and ensure sales strategies meet revenue objectives while promoting ECG Solutions products and services.
- Be part of a dynamic sales organization, calling on cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators in both office and hospital settings, and report to the Regional Sales Leader.
- Drive sales revenue and overall market share inside the territory, nurture existing accounts, schedule appointments, conduct equipment demonstrations, and hold sales meetings of Philips ECG Solutions products, communicating the company’s competitive differentiation and value proposition.
- Field‑based role requiring daily travel within Central Coast, CA (includes Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Monterey).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the Medical Device and/or Biotechnology arena, preferably in cardiology, consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $1M.
- Advanced selling capability, strong customer satisfaction focus, negotiation skills, and ability to close. Experience hunting for new business and selling in hospitals or IDNs preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a health‑related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this Sales position.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $156,000 to $188,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
