Territory Sales Representative (TSR)
Accountabilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives in assigned geography while complying with company/regulatory standards.
• Understand and identify customer needs; align resources and pull-through activities.
• Use advanced product and disease-state knowledge to engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office staff with clinically focused messages (introducing new treatment and overcoming concerns).
• Track territory market dynamics and market access opportunities to accelerate pull-through.
• Partner with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists to develop territory business plans.
• Coordinate with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations to drive execution and share best practices.
• Complete administrative requirements, including CRM use and expense reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years medical sales experience (or 1+ year pharmaceutical sales); GI specialty experience preferred.
• Proven, consistent sales success; experience launching new products.
• Business acumen/analytical skills; ability to build customer relationships.
• Success in live and virtual interactions.
• Fast-paced environment capability.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license; safe driving record.
• Some overnight and occasional national/regional/corporate travel.
