Role
Inside Sales Account Manager focused on driving revenue growth through lead generation, qualification, sales execution, and customer relationship management within the bioprocessing industry.
Responsibilities- identify prospects via cold calling, email, social media;
- evaluate and qualify leads for consumables and systems;
- conduct virtual product presentations;
- negotiation and close sales;
- maintain CRM (SFDC);
- collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical teams;
- generate and analyze sales reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field;
- at least 2 years in inside sales or similar, with a proven sales record;
- proficient in prospecting tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM, and MS Office;
- strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- self-motivated and results-oriented.
- experience in selling bioprocessing products/technologies and familiarity with upstream/downstream workflows.
- bioprocessing sector, consumables and systems, B2B sales, virtual demonstrations, CRM expertise, and industry knowledge.
