Role:
Sales Agronomist III focused on crop protection within North Valley, CA, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive portfolio business plan with Field Sales Representatives, targeting high-growth growers.

Responsibilities:

build relationships with key growers through agronomic support, promote Bayer’s products, lead demand generation initiatives, support crop planning, and monitor account progress
manage seasonal activities and budgets
collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence business outcomes
and travel approximately 60% for face-to-face customer engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field
8+ years of experience in agronomy, sales, or marketing
strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and relationship-building skills
valid driver’s license for company-related driving, potentially under DOT/FMCSA regulations

Preferred:

experience with remote sales teams and industry-specific digital tools
