Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment communities, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical. You will install new appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service orders.
The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. HVAC certification is preferred; EPA Type I/II may be beneficial.
