Field Engineer - Orange County, CA

Role:

Senior Field Service Engineer responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of medical equipment in healthcare settings, primarily focusing on Nuclear Medicine modalities. Objectives include ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction through service excellence. Core responsibilities encompass timely maintenance, managing equipment issues from identification to resolution, leading installations and validations, and fostering strong customer relationships to support service sales and revenue growth.

The role requires adherence to regulatory and hospital protocols, documentation, and escalation processes.

• Associate degree in a related field or military-equivalent training with 3+ years of electronic equipment service experience; or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical expertise in Nuclear Medicine equipment troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Valid driver’s license, proficiency with Web applications and Microsoft tools, and flexibility to work after hours and on-call schedules.
• Physical ability to lift 35 lbs, perform bending, stooping, and long periods of standing.
