Compensation: $25/hr.

- $30/hr. depending on experience and location.

• Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for any mechanical or electronic repairs services needed.
• Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents.
• Perform bumper to bumper mechanical and electrical repairs, including OEM software programing, ADAS calibrations and diagnostics.
• Develop relationships with new customers and provide a high level of service to existing customers to maintain customer relationships.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

1-2 years of ADAS experience, Diploma/Certification from Technical School or higher in the field(s) of Mechanical Repair or Electrical/Diagnostic Repair

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired.
• Experience in automotive service and diagnostic equipment is a plus.
• Experience with estimating systems, like TCC, Mitchell, or All Data.
• Steering, suspension, or 4-wheel alignment experience.

• Ability to identify and perform needed calibration on vehicle.
• Simple messages communicated orally.
• May write brief messages and keep simple records.
• May explain and offer guidance on routine procedures.
• Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
• Possess and display a strong and healthy work ethic.
• Detail-oriented.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. On occasions an employee may be asked to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment.

Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Some positions in this classification may involve operating a motor vehicle for work-related duties. Employees assigned driving responsibilities must meet all applicable eligibility and safety requirements.
