Sunrise Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a resident-centered activities and volunteer program for the Sunrise Senior Living community;
Maintain a balanced activities program and plan/coordinate events with team members and volunteers;
Recruit entertainers and schedule events; prepare and review calendars with the Executive Director;
Coordinate with department coordinators to ensure equipment and supplies for activities; manage reminiscence and ISP updates;
Manage volunteer orientation/training, recognition, KPI dashboard, and Smile app integration; engage families and community volunteers
