Location: Castroville
The Marine Mammal Center in Castroville, California is seeking a Volunteer Manager to lead the volunteer program for Monterey Bay Operations. You will recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and support 150+ volunteers across roles in rescue, animal care, community engagement, and transport.
Work closely with the MBO Senior Manager and People & Culture to ensure compliance, retention, and readiness while supporting daily response and animal care operations as needed.
