We are seeking a motivated and personable Community Educator to support our outreach and education efforts throughout the Chico, Oroville, and Gridley communities. This role plays a key part in building relationships, increasing awareness of our services, and serving as a trusted representative in the community.

The Community Educator is responsible for educating community partners, referral sources, patients, and families about our services through in-person outreach, events, presentations, and relationship-building activities.

• Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and outreach activities
• Educate community partners and referral sources on available services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local facilities, providers, and organizations
• Coordinate and participate in presentations, in-services, and educational meetings
• Track outreach activities and provide regular updates to leadership
• Serve as a positive, professional ambassador of the organization in the community

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with individuals, groups, and community partners
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in community outreach, healthcare, education, or marketing is preferred

• Serving Chico, Oroville, and Gridley
• Schedule may include daytime hours and occasional community events
