Job Description:

Seeking an experienced NP/PA specializing in Pain Management for locum tenens coverage. The assignment starts on January 8, 2024, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break). This position offers flexibility, with options for either 4 days every other week or 2 days a week. The initial contract spans three months, with the possibility of extension.

Seeing pain management patients; NP/PA not expected to escalate opiate doses (typically done by the physician) Required Procedures:
None (procedures are optional; physician is willing to teach if NP/PA is interested) Support Staff:
Medical Assistant, Front Office, working under the direction of the Pain Management Physician EMR:

Clinic visits: 14-17 patients per day First-day training includes EHR and guidance from the Pain Management Physician The position is located in an outdoor paradise with mountains, alpine lakes, and rivers, offering recreational activities such as snow skiing, mountain biking, boating, and world-class river rafting and kayaking. Requirements: NCCAA or NCCPA Certified or Truly Board Eligible Active CA License (Highly Preferred;

Must be willing to obtain) Active ACLS, BLS, and DEA Interventional Pain Experience COVID Vaccinated
