• Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and detect changes in condition; respond per established protocols
• Administer prescribed medications, manage IV therapy, and perform wound care and other treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and ancillary staff to develop and update care plans; participate in discharge planning
• Document care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record;
  Cerner experience is a plus
• Ensure patient safety and infection control measures; respond to emergencies and elevate issues as needed

• Active Registered Nurse license in California (or eligibility for CA licensure)
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
• Med Surg nursing experience; travel/temporary assignments preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and manage a 36–48 hour weekly schedule
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
