Requirements
  • Provide compassionate resident care using the full nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility standards
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and incorporate findings into the plan of care
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive resident outcomes
  • Educate residents and their families on care plans and health maintenance
  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives that enhance resident care quality
Qualifications
  • Current California RN license in good standing
  • Current certification in CPR
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
  • Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
