MUST have 1-2 recent years of LTC/SN experience within the past 2 years going back from today's date in order to qualify for this position.

Shift: 3x12/VARIED (shift will be a combination of days/nights per facility request - DON will discuss finite details with candidates during a final interview),
Start: 2 weeks from offer,

Requirements: Compact or WY state license in-hand, candidate MUST have PCC experience, and candidate MUST have prior travel experience,
Facility Work Week: SUN-SAT, WESTON COUNTY MANOR STRICTLY ORIENTS ON TUESDAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE,
Call Out Policy: No more than 1 call out in the first 30 days, and no more than 2 call outs max for the duration of a 13-week contract, which will result in termination.
