Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care under the direction of the primary operating surgeon;
Demonstrate intraoperative competency, including manual dexterity, suturing, and providing hemostasis;
Review medical histories and assessments, identify abnormalities, and communicate necessary information promptly;
Document information clearly and concisely while adhering to infection control guidelines;
Assist in the development and education of new staff and participate in staff meetings and training
