The Graduate Registered Nurse Program offers both part‑time (0.6 EFT) and full‑time (1.0 EFT) positions.
West Wimmera Health Service provides high‑quality hospital care, residential aged care, disability services and community health facilities for more than 22,000 people across nine (9) locations in the West Wimmera region.
Graduates will experience a comprehensive caseload working alongside our skillful, friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team. We provide extensive clinical supervision and generous support to undertake professional development.
The Graduate Registered Nurse Program intakes occur in February and July.
The application process involves two steps:
- Current CV, including your clinical placement details and two (2) professional referees from your clinical placements.
- A copy of your clinical ANSATS from your final year placements.
- A copy of your academic transcript.
- A passport‑size photo (optional).
- Number, in order of preference, the following clinical areas:
- Acute Care
- Aged Care
- Theatre and Community Nursing
