We are seeking an experienced Critical Care RN to join its Medical ICU team for an exclusive Epic backfill assignment.
Requirements- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Critical Care / ICU nursing experience
- Current Epic experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Current certifications as required by facility and state regulations
- Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilize Epic EMR efficiently and accurately
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Maintain accurate documentation and support positive patient outcomes
