Job Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports the Mission and Vision of Saint John's Health Center by assisting the Registered Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurse in patient care tasks and other unit-based activities within the assigned Department.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe CNA provides direct patient care support, assists with daily living activities, and performs other unit-based tasks as directed by RN or LNV. This role ensures high-quality, patient-focused care and supports the overall care team.
Required Qualifications- Education that meets certification, license, or registration requirements.
- California Nursing Assistant Certification License (required upon hire).
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire).
- 6 months of Certified Nursing Assistant experience in an acute, sub‑acute, or skilled nursing facility OR one (1) year of Nursing Assistant experience in an acute hospital setting.

Base pay range: $25.06 - $25.06 per hour. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may also be available based on experience and job role.
