We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for a 13-week quick-start contract opportunity in Alturas, California. This role supports skilled nursing facility residents and requires strong assessment skills, medication administration experience, patient care coordination, and the ability to work closely with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and other departments.

• Provide individualized nursing care for SNF residents under the direction of the charge RN
• Perform patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, and nursing procedures
• Document patient condition, interventions, medications, and progress accurately
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and report changes to the charge nurse or physician
• Support patient safety, infection control, family education, and smooth coordination with the care team

• Active California LVN License Required
• Minimum 1 year of LVN or skilled nursing experience required
• BLS/BCLS Certification Required
• Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and emergency response skills required
• Must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs and be available for day shift schedule
