Join our healthcare partner in Lake Isabella, CA, where you'll play a vital role in assisting residents with their daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. As a CNA, you'll work closely with Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of RN or LVN
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for facility residents
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with residents, staff, and the general public
- Basic computer skills required
- Current CALIFORNIA CNA certificate required
- BLS AHA certification required
- Need 1 year experience in setting
