Job Overview

This is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) locum assignment at a correctional facility providing comprehensive family medicine services to a secure adult population. The assignment is a 3‑month term starting in May, with 4 ten‑hour day shifts (Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM) and no call requirements.

• Manage a patient panel of 8‑15 patients daily.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, manage injuries, acute illnesses, follow‑ups, physicals, and complex chronic care patients.
• Provide urgent care services and perform minor procedures.
• Prescribe medications as required.

• Board certification: IM or FM (negotiable).
• BLS certification: Required.
• State licensure: Washington state.
• DEA registration: Required for independent practice.
