LVN Needed for Home Care

We are seeking compassionate LVNs to provide support for a patient in the comfort of their home. This role involves attentive monitoring, medication administration, and ensuring safety and comfort.

Schedule:

7 days a week, 7 am - 7 pm - Choose your shifts!

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs).
• Provide a well-rounded mix of activities that include physical, mental, & social engagement
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and health status, ensuring proper care protocols are followed.
• Offer patient and family education on care plans and health maintenance.
• Maintain patient records with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Ensure patients activities of daily living are properly met
• Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure patient's rights are adhered to with high levels of professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality with staff/patients.

Requirements:

• Valid unrestricted LVN license in California
• Minimum of 2 years paid LVN experience
• G-tube experience
• Valid BLS / CPR Certification & negative TB skin test / Chest x-ray
