Operating Room Assistant - Surgery Per Diem

Operating Room Assistant - Surgery at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, variable shifts.

Prepares operating room for surgery as directed, using appropriate techniques. Provides technical services and assists in procedures. Transports patients and supplies. Participates in daily activities of the department as an active team member. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to the assigned age‑specific patient population and participates in related continuing education.

• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirement.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card – within 30 days of hire.
• Sufficient related experience.

Pay Range: $25.00 – $33.78 per hour. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined by relevant experience and other applicable factors.
