• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring, assessment, and intervention for critically ill patients
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and support hemodynamic stability per unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient status and care in the Epic EMR with accuracy and timeliness
• Respond to clinical changes, participate in rapid response and code events as required
• Adhere to infection control standards and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety
