Licensed Vocational Nurse - SNP Per-Diem

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Alturas, CA and we are seeking Full‑Time and Per‑Diem licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) to join their skilled nursing facility.

Schedule:

Full‑Time | Per‑Diem | All‑Shifts | On‑Site.

Full‑time positions include a comprehensive benefits package and per‑diem roles offer flexible scheduling.

• Provide safe, quality nursing care following care plans and facility guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the provider promptly.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all regulatory requirements and facility policies.

• Current California LVN license and active CPR certification.
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and across units as needed.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
