RN Supervisor

Overview

Fowler Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday. Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM. Status:
Full-Time.

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the night shift, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising nursing staff, and serving as the clinical leader for the facility during assigned hours.

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Acute Care are preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

• Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Make nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the care strategy.
• Collaborate with the resident and members of the healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication or any change in patient condition.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed in accordance with state and government regulations and facility safety procedures.
• Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
